I'M A PUPIL GET ME OUT OF HERE! Today was spent taking video's and photos of the children of Blackland primary doing i'm a pupil get me out of here. From eating gruesome food to crawling through tunnels it was a great day where all the kids had great fun, although some did srew there faces up at eatting some eel.....aka tinned mackerel.

Had the pleasure of shooting Kevin and Janes wedding at the Gails Hotel. The day started of with thunder and
lightning and some torrential rain, but fortunately enough, the weather gave us a break and the sun popped out long enough for us to get some lovely photos outside.

Spent the afternoon photographing students at Kilmarnock college. Had a lot of classes to cover, ranging from motor mechanics to hairdressing.

An excellent day had by all, Michael and Shona had a day to remember. Waking up to glorious sunshine the day had great potential for photographing the bride and groom, unfortunately as we arived at the location for the group photos, so did the thunder and lightning, with some heavy rain to say the least! A mad dash, smile, click click and the photos were done, followed by some screams and laughter as everyone raced back to the cars. Congratulations to Michael and Shona

Typical Scottish weather brought Sun, Rain and Strong Winds to Liam and Colettes big day. The weather kept us from going to the park for photographs but it did break for a second, long enough to capture some group shots and som candids outside.

The fighters

Local Mauy Thai Boxing club run by instructor Scott Russel will be holding a club fight night, where many of his fighters will be having their first fight. Doors open at 18.00 and tickets cost £20  

Ibiza is excellent at this time of year, getting to mix with the locals and experience the mediteranian island out of season. Mid April and its 26 degrees! The odd tourist is touring about but they are hard to spot unless you're right in the old town. Its pretty relaxed during the day and night time is quiet to say the least, although you do still come across the odd local who talks you into a shot of tequilla! If you are looking for a chilled out short break then its an ideal place to go.

A short break in Ibiza, mixing a bit of work with pleasure. Its of season so should get to see a bit of Ibiza culture, staying next to Ibiza Town, or as the locals call it-EIVISSA

Not quite a full Moon but its nearly there. I had to crop the picture so the quality has dropped slightly but still love how you can see the craters and texture of the Moon. The Moon rotates at the same speed as it orbits Earth and thats why we always see the same side of the Moon.

Had another excellent day helping out the great kids at Winton Primary school with their art club and Fashion show.

The Caledonian Macbrayne ferry leaving the dock at Ardrossan and heading over to Brodick in Arran on a gorgeous winters day.

Was invited along by Winton Primary to give their after school art club a taster in photography. Setting up the shots the children got to express themselves by showing the different kinds of emotion's from happy to sad, to excitement and surprise! The children played up excellent to the camera and some cracking photos were captured. Will later be displayed in their art exibition.

Zeus a German Shepard, photographed on saturday morning. The lighting conditions were not the best but still captured some fantastic shots of her playing in the water.

Spent a couple of weeks working with STV with there STV local website. Had a tiring but great time walking the old and new streets of edinburgh, got some excellent shots from Arthurs seat, including this shot of Caltons Hill.

Tina a timmid rottweiller, photographing her in the local park. The sun was setting which gave a lovely orange glow to the photos. Captured this shot as she was racing towards us.

Photoshoot with Koda at Eglington Park, light conditions were excellent and Koda played up to the camera wonderfully.

A gorgeous sunny but snowy day on Eaglesham moor's with the windmills in the background. One of these windmill turbines can produce enough electricity to power a thousand homes!

Another week working with STV Local, covering Aberdeen and Stonehaven. Cold and wet but had a great and got to see some excellent parts of Aberdeen that I had never seen or heard of before

New Website is finally up and running after a few days spent away from my camera and sitting designing this site. I'm happy with the finished result, but I know I will be adding content and making changes in the near future.
